I might need to learn to crochet just to make that skull... OMG... I need one or 2 or those lying around. I'd prefer to just adapt the pattern to knit, but I am not exactly sure how to do that. I will be making a knitted heart this weekend, so I'll have plenty of knitted anatomy fun soon.
